2019 Gwyn-Nor Read-a-Thon

Gwyn-Nor Stampedes to Read for the Annual Home and School Fundraiser! 


This is the place for parents to conveniently pay their student's "Total $ Amount Raised" online!


Payment portal will open on Oct 25th and remain open until Nov 1st. See full instructions below. 

Step 1 - Read & Log Minutes

**Read & Log all minutes read between Oct 11-25. Complete one form for each student.**


Use the Reading Log that was sent home with your student in the Read-a-Thon packet.


If you need a new copy of the packet, download it below (Contains Reading Log, Sponsor/Pledge Form, Rules, and Prize Descriptions) 

Step 2 - Add Up Totals

**Add up each student's Total Number of Minutes from the Reading Log**


**Add up each student's Total $ Amount Raised from the Sponsor/Pledge Form** 

Step 3 - Pay Total $ Amount Raised

**Pay your student's Total $ Amount Raised using PayPal or by sending cash/check to school**


You can pay for multiple students on a single online transaction, just fill out the payment form one time for each student. 

Step 4 - Submit Paperwork by Nov 1st

**If you make your payment online, submit Digital Photos or a PDF of both the Reading Log and Sponsor/Pledge Form by emailing them to gwynnorpayments@gmail.com**


In order for a student to be entered into Read-a-Thon contests and to receive prizes, all Paperwork MUST be submitted by Nov 1st. 


If you choose to pay your student's Total $ Amount Raised online, please do not send in the paper forms to school.
